1. Introduction

Welcome to U-Secrets (u-secrets.com). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

U-Secrets provides AI-powered digital marketing services including but not limited to: social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising management, content creation, e-commerce solutions, and marketing consulting.

3. Service Agreements

All service engagements are subject to a separate service agreement that outlines the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. These terms supplement any such agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due upon invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by U-Secrets remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, and marketing analytics.

7. Affiliate Program

Participation in the U-Secrets Affiliate Program is subject to separate terms. Commission rates and payment schedules are outlined in the affiliate agreement. U-Secrets reserves the right to modify commission structures with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

U-Secrets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
